The Expo Committee will meet to finalize planning for this event, to assign tasks for committee and volunteers, and to review status of the event.  Please attend this important meeting.  PLEASE USE THE LINK BELOW TO REGISTER OR THE LINK TO DECLINE. THANK YOU.

We will have to set-up and break-down the tables and chairs due to a mistake on Tony's part when ordering the tables & chairs. To do this we will need help from the Committee and other volunteers.  It appears that set-up will be at noon on Sept. 21.  Breakdown will most likely be at 7 PM on the 21st or the next morning at 8 AM.  More information on this will be discussed a this meeting. 

Happily registrations are still coming, we are up to 79 as of this morning.
