Description

The Committee will review vacancies on the Board and make recommendations for new board members to fill these vacancies. The meeting will be in-person at Ultra Clean Technologies at Rt. 77 and Big Oak Rd, in Upper Deerfield. Attendance by phone or Zoom is an option if members request that, otherwise please meet in-person.
