Description

The Board Development Committee will review and make decisions to fill unexpired terms of Carolyn Heckman and Nick Sena, and to fill unexpired term of Gary Moellers.  Marlise Counselor is being suggested to fill one of the unexpired terms. She has agreed to serve when appointed.

The Committee will consider whether to move Clair Miller into one of the unexpired positions as offered by Paul Ritter as Stephanie McGhee of Cumberland Mutual is ready to fill the position Clair now holds.  Having more than one member from a member company is permitted by our bylaws.

The Committee will also consider leaving Gary Moellers on the Board a bit longer this year, leaving that position available should a Hispanic business person get involved with the Chamber and is interested in joining the Board. Gary is OK with leaving now or staying longer.

The Committee will meet again early fall to review open positions for 2022 and to create a slate of nominees.
