Description

This is a special meeting of the Board and Committee Chairs to review finances in 2025 and to begin budgeting and strategic planning for 2026. Light food and refreshments, including wine will be provided. Please meet with committees ahead of this meeting and bring ideas for the 2026 budget and strategic plan priorities to the meeting. All Board members, staff, and committee chairs are invited.

While in-person attendance is preferred, a Zoom option is provided for those who may have periodic issues with travel, health, or schedules. A maximum of two board meetings attended by Zoom each year will be counted toward your minimum board attendance requirement.
