Description
This meeting welcomes new board members and explains the Chamber and their roles. This is not a regular board meeting with an attendance requirement. Our veteran board members and Committee Chairs who are not board members are invited to attend too, to support our new board members, and to get a refresher on the Chamber and the Board.
Light food and beverages will be provided since we are meeting near dinner time.
This is set up as in-person meeting. Zoom or phone participation is possible only if needed.

The orientation meeting will begin at 4:45 PM and conclude by 6:15 PM. Note start time is 15 minutes earlier than originally discussed to accommodate a participant who has another engagement this evening.
